Every business runs on more than its software. There are the systems of record, the people who use them every day, and the unwritten rules that decide how work really gets done. We start by learning all three, and we do it before we build anything.
That is why the way Epic One learns a procedure looks like the way a new hire would: you explain a routine once, in chat, with a document, or with a screen recording, and it becomes something Epic One can do for you. New procedures rehearse in a test environment first. Their first production run happens under the supervision of a named member of our team.
We also walk your IT lead through the architecture on the setup call, before anything connects to your ERP. Trust gets built in that order: understanding, then rehearsal, then real work.

How we work with customers
Built on trust, in the architecture
Each customer gets a dedicated server with its own isolated storage and encryption keys. No customer server connects to another, and your data lives on yours.
Epic One reads instantly, but it never changes a record on its own. Before any ERP record is created or changed, it shows the exact change and waits for a person to approve it. Every read, write and attempted operation lands in an audit log, so there is always a trail.
