We use information only to operate Epic One for your company: answering your requests, sending you the notifications you asked for, securing the service, and billing.

Sharing

Information is shared only with service providers required to run Epic One (cloud hosting, message delivery, and AI processing) and when legally required. Each customer’s data is isolated and is never accessible to other customers.

Text messages

If you opt in to SMS, you will receive text-based interactions from Epic One. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Retention and protection

Information is kept while your account is active and is deleted or returned on request when service ends. Protection measures include encryption and restricted access.
