The service
Epic One is Hearken AI’s AI assistant for manufacturing project managers. It answers questions and performs tasks against your company’s business systems on your behalf.
Text messaging
If you register a mobile number, you consent to receive text replies and status notifications from Epic One. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Text STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.
Acceptable use
Use Epic One only for your company’s legitimate business purposes and only with systems and data your company has authorized you to access.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” under your company’s subscription agreement. Review AI-generated output before relying on it for business decisions.
Access
Your company’s administrator decides who receives access to your Epic One instance.
